These are the questions we receive most often about how our terms work, what rights you hold, and how to act if something is unclear or disputed.

These terms apply to every person who creates an account on xpressbess. Use of the platform is available only where local law permits, and by registering you confirm that accessing the platform is lawful in your location.

We will notify you before any material change to the terms takes effect. Notification will arrive via email or an in-account message. If you continue using your account after the stated effective date, you are considered to have accepted the updated terms.

Contact support immediately with the transaction reference number from your UPI or Paytm app. Our payments team will trace the transfer and either credit the amount or arrange a reversal, typically within 24 to 48 hours of the report.

Submit a written request through live chat or email, clearly stating your account username. We will process the request within 30 days, subject to any legal obligation that requires us to retain certain records before deletion can proceed.

You may formally dispute any account decision by contacting our support team in writing. We will review the case, reference the relevant clause in these terms, and issue a written response within five business days of receiving your dispute.

Payment details such as your UPI handle or linked PhonePe number are shared only with the payment processor needed to complete your transaction. They are never passed to advertisers or unrelated third parties under any circumstances.

Request account closure through the Help Centre or by emailing support. Any confirmed balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method before the account is closed. Records are retained as required by applicable law after closure.
