These are the questions we receive most often about how xpressbess collects and uses personal data. If your question is not covered here, our privacy desk is available via email or live chat to help you directly.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and country of residence. If you make a deposit via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, the transaction reference and amount are also recorded against your account profile.

Your UPI ID or Paytm-linked number is used to verify that withdrawals go to the same payment method used for deposits, which protects your account from unauthorised fund transfers. We do not use these details for any other purpose.

Yes. Submit a data access request through the Privacy section of your account settings or email our privacy desk. We will compile and send your data in a readable format within 30 days of receiving your verified request.

Account profile data is retained for up to two years after closure for dispute resolution purposes. Payment transaction records are kept for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations, after which they are securely deleted.

We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform — such as payment processors and identity verification services — under strict contractual obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal data to any outside party for marketing or commercial use.

Use the deletion request form in your account Privacy settings or contact our privacy desk by email. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours, process the deletion within 30 days, and send written confirmation once your data has been removed from our active systems.
